It's really nice to participate for the Planet Mars & Saturn observation event yesterday night (18th July 2006) @ Mamzer Cornish. Unfortunately we could not see the Saturn and Mars due to bad cloudy whether condition and however I enjoy observing planet Jupiter through the telescopes.
We could see Jupiter’s 4 moons and some features on the surface ( two belts ).
I think we should organized more observation session like this in the future when the whether get back to normal. Please let me know about the future events as well I would definitely participate.
Also please let me know that any good software sky maps which I can download from the internet or the good web sites which I can refer for night sky maps.
