Isopropyl Alcohol for Schmidt Plate Claeaning

| Dear all,
I have learned that the best way to clean optical and coated surfaces is with a mix of at least 91% isopropyl alcohol, destilled water and dish washing liquid.
I searched for the isopropyl alcohol, but the maximum what is available in the pharmacies is a 70% solution which leaves streaks on the glasses. Does anybody know where to get 91% isopropyl alcohol or an alternative mix for cleaning?
How are you usually cleaning your scopes?
